BECOMING is taking an active part in the change, growth, and metamorphosis of your body, mind, and Spirit. 

Sometimes you need to BE doing things to help your progress, and sometimes, like the caterpillar to change into a beautiful butterfly, you need to just BE still.

There are BECOMING lessons for personal growth and development to be discovered at both ends of the spectrum. (BE-ing in action, and BE-ing in stillness)

Whatever you are doing today, BE aware of your ACTIONS and BE aware of the moments you pause to gather your strength, rest, and recharge.

    The term has been defined by the Wisconsin-based National Wellness Institute as an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a more successful existence. [1] This is consistent with a shift in focus away from illness in viewing human health, typical of contexts where the term wellness is used. In other words, wellness is a view of health that emphasizes the state of the entire being and its ongoing development.
